I wonder if this place is now operating under a new management. Otherwise, the restaurants manager must done a great great job. The quality of its fish is beyond amazing, and the prices remain the same (except for uni).

I noticed Tenzan while walking in the area and it immediately brought me back to my days in Brooklyn where I used to visit this place all the time. I didn't realize how many locations they had. Good for them.
It is a nice sized place that wasn't too busy for lunch. We came a little later for lunch maybe that is why. We sat in the window and were taken care of right away.
We started with the shishito peppers. Solid choice. They had a nice yuzu sauce to them that really worked well. For lunch I went with the 3 roll lunch special. One of the most underrated rolls is the peanut avocado. I for some reason love it. The contrast in texture and flavor is on point. Other than that it all tasted pretty standard. Spicy tuna and salmon avocado were good. The rolls werent rolled as well as other places. They were sort of coming apart. Nothing major but something to keep in mind.
In the end, this place hit the spot. Solid lunch spot. Probably good for delivery. This place wasn't spectacular but 3 stars does it justice. -

we just ordered two bento chicken katsu for dinner and almost everything was good, however, the katsu sauce was awful and spoiled the entire dinner. Just tasted like pure ketchup with lots of pepper so not the usual BBQ/Worcestershire sugary sauce.

We came here for dinner on a weekend, the place wasn't too busy. We were able to see relatively quickly. The person I was with ordered something on the menu, turns out they were out of the item so we did not decide to order a replacement for that one item. The place was pretty loud pretty busy and there was a large group talking very loudly next to us. The food was mediocre nothing to rave about, the tempura was so-so. I probably would not be back, the experience wasn't that great and the food was nothing to emphasize about. The prices were moderate, but they ran out of one of the items in which we tried to order. I will try somewhere else next time as this was not a good choice for dinner on that special night.

Food was mediocre. I ordered tofu and vegetable teriyaki and my friend had chicken teriyaki. The food was bland as was the sauce. We did enjoy the drinks. While the food did come out quickly, it was hard to get the attention of the waiter, and no one came by to check on us. I was trying to get someone's attention for quite a while when we were ready for second drinks and for our check. My friend asked for her leftovers to go, and they wrapped it up but neglected to seal the container, and the sauce got all over her underwear. Not a terrible meal, but not great either.
Edit: the container fully opened, flooding the bag with sauce, rendering her leftovers inedible, and covering her in sauce.
